Guarding SERVICES

We pride ourselves in the fact that we “hand-pick” our guards very carefully.

We do an in-depth background check on each and every one of our new recruits. Our guards then have to undergo a compulsory criminal clearance check every 4 months in order to ensure that our staff does not get involve in crime.

Rendering a GUARDING SERVICE to our clients is a very important task, as our clients entrust their entire operations upon us in their absence.

In order for us to maintain a very high standard and to ensure total transparency and customer satisfaction we have introduced high-tech equipment into our daily operations, which includes, but is not limited to an effective guard patrol system, whereby pre-determined routes are set up and automated reports are generated for each patrol. These reports are available for each client on request on a daily basis, and will indicate the patrol history of each shift. Each report will indicate late starts/early finishes of patrols, missed patrols, cancelled patrols.

The traditional OB BOOK (occurrence book) has been removed from the equation. This has been done to avoid tampering with entries into the occurrence book. Guards and other security personnel now need to contact our control room in order to make an entry, which has now all been digitalized. Another step in the right direction to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.

We have trained guards for any sector, which includes, commercial guards, retail guards, special events guards.

24/7 CONTROL ROOM & RESPONSE TEAM

Trained & registered personnel, watching over client’s alarms & video systems on a 24/7. The control room personnel are responsible manage the client’s alarm and video systems. They do that by calling the client upon receiving a burglary signal and if the client does not answer their phones, the response team is immediately dispatched. We have a response target of 5 minutes to each alarm. That target time could differ, all depends on how many alarms need to be attended to, but due to the size of our town it is a fairly good target to ensure maximum results. We fully understand the importance of a quick response time as our client’s lives depend on our efficiency.

The response team also do regular patrols throughout the day and night to ensure visibility and all times.

FARM PATROLS

Regular farm patrols are conducted to ensure visibility in our farming community and to reduce the risk of crimes like, cable theft, stock theft, the illegal trade of alcohol and the distribution of drugs amongst the farm workers and their families, which has become a trend.

These patrols are conducted at random times, to keep the element of surprise and patrols are increased on weekends.

We are working strictly with the local South African Police Services and other role player’s, which includes security companies and farm watch groups.
